Non urgent repairs can be reported via email to office@theuptonpropertygroup.co.uk

Any damaged caused the the property deemed to be caused by the tenant may be recharged.

All charges will be fair and reasonable based on the amount of work involved, however the agent or landlord should not be responsible for costs due to the tenants actions
